So we held our first round of auditions for Zombie Rest Home today at C A Z T studios. If you haven't heard about this facility, I encourage every filmmaker and casting director to look them up at cazt.com! They are a FREE casting space in Los Angeles. We will definitely be doing all our casting here whenever possible.

Saw a good amount of actors, but I would've liked to have seen more. Then again what can you do?

San Antonio, TX – V.C.R Entertainment regrettably announces the postponement of Zombie Rest Home, an action/horror directed by Victor Garcia and produced by Rori Gonzalez. The postponement is due to a similar UK film about to be released, whose trailer has caused some unease throughout possible executive producers and sponsors. After a very long, stressful meeting, it was concluded that the production of Zombie Rest Home will in fact be postponed until the producers feel the production will not be affected by the UK film.

Had our first make up test yesterday for "Zombie Rest Home". Happy accident has given us our signature zombie. Today had an improvisational photo shoot with our main actor, Scotty Walker and our awesome zombies, local artist/actor Tommy Zion and local singer/actor Phillip.

Very grateful to everyone for coming.

So now we have to move back production to the end of August. That is all for today.

First day of auditions today! So excited to meet our cast. It's fun not knowing who's going to come in through the door :)

So today marked the start of our weekend of auditions. Thanks to Mutt Productions for lending us their place! Can't wait to meet our future cast!
