There is a lot to be said about this movie. First of all, this is not the full short. During production the director, producer, and one of our grips were involved in a devastating car accident that sent all of them to the emergency room and... Victor Guerrero, our grip, into intensive surgery. Production was halted, to be picked up at a later time but financial problems set in once hospital bills and such started piling up. All primary footage was lost. Over a year later we have recovered some footage and this is the end result: the Christina Concept Trailer. Thank you to everyone that was apart of this production, we spent some long, hot, unairconditioned days cramped in small spaces but everyone was so dedicated to this ALMOST true story, that the entire experience was surreal. We didn't want that experience to fade away so the concept trailer is more of a dedication to the hard work you all put into this story. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Had our first make up test yesterday for "Zombie Rest Home". Happy accident has given us our signature zombie. Today had an improvisational photo shoot with our main actor, Scotty Walker and our awesome zombies, local artist/actor Tommy Zion and local singer/actor Phillip. Very grateful to everyone for coming.
So now we have to move back production to the end of August. That is all for today.
First day of auditions today! So excited to meet our cast. It's fun not knowing who's going to come in through the door :)
So today marked the start of our weekend of auditions. Thanks to Mutt Productions for lending us their place! Can't wait to meet our future cast!
So I had a rather boring Independence Day. No one seems to care anymore that today marks another year of our freedom (give or take cause of laws - but at least we're not being dictated right?). Where's the fireworks and the bar b ques? I wanted a Fourth of July hotdog!!!!
Anyways, I guess back to business. Today we had our first round of crew interviews at an awesome place called Summermoon Wood Fired Coffee. Now neither Victor, Christina, or I are fans of coffee (love the smell, but what's with the taste?) but we fell in love with their awesome frozen hot chocolate. It was AMAZING!!! Oh we also met some really awesome people that we hope will do us the favor of working on our "Zombie Rest Home" trailer. Also did some location scouting while we were there. On the advise of one of our interviewees, we looked up a place called the Moon Units. The place gave us so many film ideas but it was definitely not "Zombie Rest Home" material. So we bid it goodbye for the time being and left. Soon though, we shall find an excuse to film in you.... soon.... We are currently casting and crewing up for the trailer for our newest movie "Zombie Rest Home"!
Check out the "Zombie Rest Home" website for listing! We're happy to announce our first movie: "Zombie Rest Home". Shooting is scheduled for late fall/early winter. In the meantime we are currently in pre production for its trailer :) More information on that soon!
