"Bringing back entertainment"

About Rori

It started with the family video camera. Making her own shorts starring her younger family members since an early age, Rori eventually upgraded to a Canon Z1U her high school sophomore year when she joined the Film School of San Antonio @ Harlandale. While everyone fought to direct, she calmly took the camera, pointed, and pressed the small red button. Cinematography was most definitely her calling.

When she progressed to college, the camera was put down. A love hate relationship commenced with her university... the university lost. Coming back home opened a door of opportunities. She interned and worked under a variety of local production companies.
During a live in internship with A.W.O.L Studios, she expressed interest in trying to be a 1st Assistant Director, a colleague signed her up for a 2nd AD position on an independent feature. Scared out of her mind, she accepted the challenge. She found a mentor and friend in the UPM on board, Jesus Sifuentes, and a family in the company, Mutt Productions.
In 2011, she pushed longtime friend Victor Garcia into the film industry and they created V.C.R Entertainment together.

Her resume includes films, like "Furious 7" and tv shows like "Impractical Jokers".

Currently she is in Los Angeles as Story AP for "Texas Trocas" on Discovery En Espanol.
